As a loyal member of DTP I must say that this base would definitely work for a trophy push! Think of it this way.. people have done very well with much less. If you don't particularly like this version check out the other variations.

There is a reason this is normally a farming base. It is effective, for farming. Not only is the TH fairly easy to get, but many of the buildings on the outside you can snipe out with one archer. If you are to use this base, you must bring in lots of those buildings. Because, honestly, two starring you would not be too difficult.Quote:

The town hall is to exposed to be a trophy base, a trophy base should have the town hall in the middle. Sorry to tell but this would fail badly
The TH is a little exposed, but you knew that already. And someone's already mentioned bringing your outside buildings close to your walls. I'm not inclined to lecture you about why this layout might work or not, though I'm happy to share my opinion. Like so many things in this excellent game, it's easy to be flexible based on what you learn directly, as well as on what others have already learned. My opinion is to go for it with the base as-is, and adjust along the way if you need to. Above all, have fun! :)
Ping showed that a maxed out th 8 hybrid base can get you to 2-2.2k easily. However after that prepare to get picked apart if you aren't attacking more than you lose. Your layout is wrong for the trophy base. The th is definitely needs to be centered...
