Was starting to post 1 dynamite and 2 TNT for sale in my rss. Posted the 2 TNT it was showing at max gold, then as i was about to do the dyn. the game glitched out and restarted. Opened my rss and the 2 TNT were gone. Then posted my dyn. fine, but the TNT is missing. Not back in my barn, and no indication it was bought. No big loss of course, but still a glitch that causes a loss. I did a full game and tablet reboot. No change.
this occured today @ 2020 my time.
I have just completed my town task...went to do another task and saw the town task had come up on my screen again but had gone back to 0/23👀....I didn't pick a town task to do a second time so why has it appeared out of nowhere.
Now ive discovered that the town task has expired in the space of 3 minutes..please fix as it's very frustrating and I don't really want to deleted it as it will use up one of my tasks

If I were both of you I'd contact the in-game support about these issues as that way they have access to your game details -- the in-game report system is the only way to reach any technical support.
Open game, tap cog icon top left to bring you to settings (first tab) - tap on "help and support", look for the " contact us" button (you may need to tap through a FAQ topic to see it).

I contacted support, they basically said i screwed up, must have used the items to clear land. Ignoring my point i have nothing left to clear, haven't in ages. Once you reply back to them, I heard nothing back, just been ignored. They seem to not even read the details, as they never discussed them. Very disappointed in lack of service and especially the inability to actually have a ongoing discussion with someone, rather than a auto-response.Quote:
