Can we PLEASE get a windows app for CoC?

Yes, they acquired Xamarin. But Xamarin is totally different from what Project Astoria wanted to achieve, I wouldn't say that they bought Xamarin for that.

If they release it for windows phone then still there will be no increase in bunnies because windows operating system for phone and Windows operating system for PC is very different. It is named as Windows because it is developed by Microsoft. Windows phone are phones and PC is PC.
They are not making coc for windows phone because windows users are less and it will cost supercell more to develop every update of coc and maintenance as mentioned above.
Windows phone can't be run like windows PC(command prompt and all that). It only carries its features but not all.

I started playing CoC on greenstacks (or blue?) for Windows (work very well if your computer supports virtualization at hardware level and you activate it in the bios, plus you need a "real" graphic card).
Supercell is not offering support for emulator, but it's not illegal.

Now I play on a real tablet, bought it at low price for this game just before the update... Ho nevermind.

There is no plans on making a windows compatible app.
