Would most likely never happen . The only glimmer of hope for us WP users was Project Astoria but that's just been announced by MSFT to be cancelled..

If you mean on an actual computer you can now use emulators without risks of getting your village banned or something.
About Windows phone they said it'll likely never come for this and that reason

Better chances of tons and tons of bunnies coming if they put this game for Windows.

Why risk having more fluffy bunnies if they put this on windows?

If that's the case, I wont/don't want to play clash on my windows phone, we don't need anymore bunnies 😤

Firstly like 2% phone users have windows phone.If coc comes on windows,updates will be delayed plus bunnies will burst out.

There is already a ton of options for bunnies on unofficial windows platforms. The logic here is flawed.

Not exactly. They cancelled the android one, but they're still working on the iOS one and I think they even recently bought a certain company for that too. But you have to remember that the devs have to still actually port it, when it does become available.
