Important proposals

Hello to everyone, I have some suggestions for the future game updates:

1) Can you make possible to change the name of the clan at least one time like change the name of the village only one time?

2) Since there are many users who do not respect anything or anyone, that disturb or who behave badly, could you introduce a players rating independent from their clan (like a "criminal record")? So you avoid inviting in our clans people who are badly evaluated by other players, and maybe bring those who behave improperly to improve their conducts.

These are the suggestions, I think then you know how to adjust these proposals within the game or create such terms as above cited.

He means the fact that your ideas aren't exactly original. They've been heard by moderators and staff and they have come to the conclusion that these features would not fit well into the current state of the game.

I read the page at your link, but I found only the accepted advices of others (Index of Common Ideas & Requests) and only "Most commonly suggested ideas Which are NOT ruled out!"

Main Idea:
The criteria search would have several criteria: (It would be Any (or Off for eligible for war) on default)
League: (choose a league)
Town Hall: (you can choose a specific town hall or a range)
Experience: (you can choose the minimum experience level)
Trophies: (choose the trophy range)
Must be eligible for war: (On or Off)
Language: (choose a language)
Achievement: (choose an achievement, and a minimum number (e.g. 70 million gold grab)).
Random: (it would randomly choose any clanless members)
When you choose your criteria, the search would look for 20 random clanless players that match the criteria. If the search can’t find any players that matches, then it would display “Cannot find any place, change your search criteria”.

but I don't read anything about the rating of all singular players that I propose!
Then there isn't the idea to change the clan name... or I'm wrong?
This proposals are only about the Search and Recruitment!

Where's the ideas ruled out which you have cited?!
Can you help me to found? Else can you report the argumentation here?
