Gem or bonus incentives in clan war

Hi there
Every clan war has statistics , a winner and loser
What you also get is best attack and best defence.
To be honest it doesn't mean that much. However a small bonus to that member would be great. I have always been one for recognising achievements.
Maybe add to the achievements that we can gain, as a leader it would be great to assess when someone requests to join, how good in war is this person?

Hm, seems good idea. But, If someone requesting to join the group. You can check his league. Also you can check person profile. There is given "Attacks Won" "Defenses Won".

Hi there.. but I'm talking about clan war stats only. If these are good I may have someone who won't dissappear just when war starts
