Cello missing

my mother was all happy, she got the cello. She wanted to place it in her town and while moving it, the cello disappeared. She has lifted all buildings and trees hoping it is hiding there, but nothing.
what to do? any suggestions are appreciated, she is pretty upset over losing this prized item

Sounds very odd.. please check the shop if it has flow back there? If not, please reach out to our support via the in-game settings menu and they will help her out!

That happened to me,they "compensated" me with a few vouchers (they asked how mNy I used)
AFTER that someone had suggested to another person it happened to..for you to request the item not vouchers. I don't know how it worked out for them though.

we found it. the cello zipped into the very top right corner where we could only see a tiny bit of the cello so we overlooked... my bad, I made her write to support (in German), please Nick, discard her message.

That has happened to me lots of times. It probably just got stored on the shop tab thingee where you can purchase the trees and stuff. Just go there and click on the bottom tab, I think it has a picture of a flower or something. I call it the Miscellaneous tab. That's where you will find some stored items.
