Will my base survive against 10 lvl 2 drags ? all the air def's are lvl 5 ATM

Well no, it doesn't have a slight chance on resisting drags. I'm afraid that you'll see a 3 star if you use it. Here's the problem, no storage shielding has been done from the expected sides I.e., the South and East, West. It's a clear and easy path to the core without any problem. There even won't be a need of using loons in CC if possible. You can improve the storage protection and then post.

Well keep only one storage on the side the sweeper is facing. Then divide all the meat-shield/ storages including the DE storage and King equally among the remaining 3 sides with a Tesla helping in killing the dragons when they are busy attacking the storages.

You need cornered builder huts. You should also read Aki's guides on having a tesla farm and how to use the air sweeper more effectively. And you should use storages as meatshields for your ADs. Otherwise the base looks decent.
