Game works only with the one network connection

Hay day only works when at home wifi. If I want to play at work wifi or mobile network, I need to delete game from my iPhone 6 and install it again. Same thing when I got back home. The game opens only until "connecting" but it never proceed to "loading". Only works in that network where it was loaded to my phone. How can I play game in every Internet connection?

Hay Day should work if your device is connected to the internet. Some providers block certain ports, which may cause the game hanging in the connecting-state. You need to check with your service provider if there's something they can do. Also, make sure that your device is allowed to use data over network. It's in your device settings.
