th5 plus if preferred
th5 need lvl 4+walls and wizards
th6 need 20 clan castle space and lvl 2+wizards healers preferred
th7 need drags and lvl 1 barb king
any higher are aloud

How to join: to join the clan search Max Clashers and you will find the leader is Glider a gold2. send an invite and if you meet the requirements you should be excepted. If rejected work on your base and troops and then try to join again

To be in warin order to be in war you will have to share a replay of a good 3star attack or have very hick war stsrs for your town hall lvl.
