[Petition] Supercell should move the Leadership... When stolen!

PLEASE SIGN THE PETITION...

First of all i want to say that I hope that what happened to me and my clan won`t happen to nobody.
It`s about a week my LVL9 CLAN #GYLRQGO (TOP 200 WORLDWIDE/ BEST CLAN IN ALBANIA) was Stolen!

Here a short description to what happened:

We woke up in the morning and saw that the leader was in the hands of a new lvl 55 player inactive account that had promoted himself at night hours. Now let`s make it clear, In my clan we have close relationships, Friends, Cousins, friends of friends. We are all friends in Facebook and social medias and who had the leader in that moment is our friend. His icloud ID was stolen by a a guy from another clan who is a kind of H@cker and succeeded to destroy our clan.

All players who speak English contacted COC Support but we received the same answer:

Hello Chief,
Thanks for your message and for playing clash of clans!
I am sorry to hear that you`re having those issues with your clan.
Unfortunately, Supercell cannot move the leadership one player to another. It is completely the decision of the current leader. We do not interfere in clan decisions or clan dynamics. We always suggest to choose wisely when promoting/adding clan members
As a side note, you always have an option to create a new clan. And add your necessary clan mates as Game center/ Facebook friends so that you can form the new clan with your friends.

REALLY??As we didn`t know that!!!!!!!!! Please imagine our reaction after explaining very well that:
1 the leadership was stolen by H@cking the icloud Password
2 we didn`t invite ore promote nobody

The inactive account who stole the leader don`t respond and when our friend wrote an offensive message in the clan wall Supercell banned him for 2 days!!!

Now we opened another Clan with the same name and same players.
We all feel vary sad and tired playing when we think that these guy who succeeded once can do it again and make fun of us after 1 year of Clan Wars to collect those experience points.

So I`m asking you Please SIGN this petition in order to make Supercell reconsider it`s policy to move the leadership Only When Stolen!

signed /// please everybody sign this.. reaching a certain LVL and losing your clan is terrible. in my case more than one year to reach LVL 9 (we were almost lvl10, clan tag #GYLRQGO) was really incredible but it can happen!!

Special circumstances supercell should allow these request with some type of validation done to verify what is what and if it is the truth. I would be horrified if this happen to my clan.

Keep contacting SC, their 1st message is automated usually.

The leader must contact to secure his account and hopefully get his clan back.

The issue is anyone can say the clan was stolen, proving it is another story. SC is not going to hand over leadership of a clan based on someone saying "it was stolen" that would be bad business practice.

It could be:
a) your leader promoted someone else to leader by mistake;
b) he gave his GC account info to another person;
c) He logged into his account on someone else's device;
d) he gave his GC info to a 3rd party site in order to "buy" cheaper gems.

SC in not responsible for any of the above. Also, how could someone change his iCloud password without knowing his Apple ID...they didn't just guess His Apple ID..the leader gave that info to someone at some point.

There is more to this story than you and/or your leader is telling us.

I have one question, were you the leader at the time, or was it someone else? If it was you... Then good luck to you, and I sign. If it wasn't you, isn't it possible that your leader just changed control of the clan to someone?

Please, kindly help us about this issue. can you consider this opinion and suggestion? Can we co-leader can demote in-active leader at least 2/3 of co-leaders votes. Were having problems right now because we cant demote co-leader that kicks our new member. Can you help me and please see our clan which is OZAMIS CLAN and our leader is Miru and co-leader that cause problem is Haraces haces☆. THANK YOU
