Maybe a all dragon army? If you have the patience or a GoWiPe but instead of golems tons of giants with PEKKAS

If time isn't an issue then use a gowipe strategy, all dragons, or possibly a peeka healer strategy. I have no idea if the peeka strategy works, so maybe do some research on that.
It'll be almost impossible. It's already really hard for townhall 9's
I think they need to allow u to be able to donate resources
