Hello Haydayers
I have a problem.
I can't chat with my neighbours i can't see theire messages either.
I can't turn on the neighbor chat it stays grey and i can't click on it, what is the problem? I already deleted the game and have installed it again but that hasn't work.
I already contacted supercell but they don't response.

I am guessing here, as I have never seen it before, but were you reported at all in chat recently?
I am unsure if that's even what it looks like but thought I would mention it.
Maybe someone else can chime in with what being silenced from chat looks like/appears for the player silenced.
If it is due to being reported, you should be able to chat again in 24 hours.

No i'm not reported im level 19 and have recently joined a neighbour hood.
This last almost 3 days.
This is not fun anymore and every time i use the in game support, supercell dont reply back.
How can i put a screenshot in here?
(Sorry for my bad english I don't speak english very well i'm from the netherlands)
Go to your Advanced settings and make sure you have the NH chat tuned on!

Thats the problem its off and i cant turn it on it stays grey i can't click on it to turn it on! I already reinstalled my game like 3 times but it doesnt help :( I already try the in game help and i send a e-mail but i don't get any response.
That's odd.. so it goes "green" when you enable it, but then when you go out from the settings and back in, it's off again? I'm trying to get a picture of the steps.Quote:

No it hase never been green, every time I go to advanced settings I want to enable chat on but i can't do cause of some reason? I can't click on it to turn it on and it stay just grey. I click like a crazy person but nothing happens haha. How can I put a screenshot in here? Btw i use Android version 5.0. My phone is a LG G3. And just the normal settings i have never changed anything.
I checked with our QA and we will need to investigate this further since there's no obvious reason why your chat wouldn't work. :saywhat:Quote:
