I think that the editing feature could be construed as offering something new for high level farmers. They are primarily the ones who have fully developed farms that are difficult to rearrange easily. Of course, nothing appeals to everyone. However, the forums have a number of threads that follow farmer-invented challenges for those who have maxed out the regular farm features. I think we've only begun to scratch the surface with the entertainment possibilities of editing. I'm all in favor of new products and other content for high levels, but I do think the open-ended nature of editing does bring something with a lot of creative potential that a new machine or product would not.

It's a pretty poor offering, in my opinion! :rolleyes:

I think most players with established farms are 1- happy with their design or 2- too scared to ruin it by mistake while editing. Personally I think the editing upgrade is good if your in to rearranging your farm. It makes it easier than before but to be honest, I only rearrange when bored. So now when I'm bored I can rearrange quicker but it also means I'm back to being bored again quicker!

is this game designed to be given up at level 100?

Fascinating question as many mobile games have a life span of 2 years. Three of Supercell's games are more than two years old.

As a level 103 player, I'm playing less than when I was level 20, 40, 60. The reason I'm playing is to help my hoodmates and get enough vouchers to buy last pet.

About 10 years ago, I was playing a trading game for the PC and when I reached 2 million gold coins, it said something like this: "Congratulations, you have won the game. You may wish to continue playing or start a new game with a different character." Thank you Sandlot Games for the closure. :)

I'm very curious about this, as I like many others, am getting pretty bored with the daily grind nowadays. I know about the scorched earth challenge. -What else is there and how can I find them? Thank you! :o

Actually i liked the edit mode n no complaints abt it. But editing mode s a new feature nt a new thing we would work on for months or adds something to our game.

I could do those challenges but am in a active derby hood tat has been in champions league since its inception. I jus wanna finish my achievement n its my last. After tat......really i dono wat to do. May spend all my vouchers n finish fish book

Agree with you Prasannan,

I've been trying to drum up support for new machines, crops, animals, more land and something to spend our vouchers on for a while now. Once I have completed achievement 129 that'll be it for me and many of my hood friends. We have completed the game, spent plenty £ over the past 2 years but Supercell continue to refuse to release any useful updates. I'm speaking for my whole hood when I say the long awaited Spring update was rubbish.

Yes I have to agree sooty.

I thought when nick said that they were too busy to sort the extended "winter even though we all saw it was Christmas theme" that something amazing was coming. Maybe a new machine, a new pet, new vegetables, new fruit or even new produce for existing machines. It had crossed my mind it may even be a new area? But no. I'm so disappointed. My biggest excitement was that I can play without feeling headachy and sick from that snow.

I then thought ah but it's close to Easter maybe we will have a new pet (bunnies or chicks) to go with the Easter theme. But alas so far no.

I've enough diamonds to spend on last task for champions league and if I get something I can get by playing the game via normal routes in prizes then I will be buying no more diamonds.

I'm done supercell. Done. Oh and I don't recommend the game anymore, actually told a friend to avoid it the other day, which is perhaps more damming.
