Well in 5 days all my defenses are going to be maxed out and so are all my potions (my troops are also all level 4). Only things that wouldn't be maxed by the time i upgraded th to 8 would be my barracks (lowest level 7) and mines and pumps. Do you think it's still fine for me to upgrade th?Thanks.
Go for it, max out barracks while maxing out your town hall and take a break
No you need to max out all of your elixir drills and gold collectors first, also you need to max your baracks too.
You can either choose to max the collectors and things that (which i did and it really helps) or you can go up now but its up to you, personally i would maxxx your base fully
Very risky to upgrade both AD at the same time. I would say get all your barracks to level 9. If you really want to, you can go DE raiding and try to max your barb king. Did you upgrade your minions/hogs. They aren't really necessary but you did say all troops.

I think you've done great! Personally, I would keep a few upgrades for during the Town Hall otherwise you won't have much to do :)
You are definitely ready. The main things you need to have fully upgraded are defenses. Stuff like barracks and collectors aren't nearly as important and can be done during the th upgrade.
