You should be able to find the one you stored is still in the storage, under the gift tab.Quote:

That's not right...I would be going to in game support about that one and seeing if they can remove the second and give your coins back due to a bug.
It is as Cowslips says, there are two red tractors, both exactly the same, but one is stored as a catalogue gift and one is stored as a coin purchase. It can't hurt to try to politely request a refund, seeing as the storage system is entirely confusing. They usually have a "no refund" policy, I think, but they have been known to be kind and merciful!! The worst that can happen is that they say no, and that you have a tractor for your farm and one for your town. Use the ingame support to request it. Good luck!
I did contact SC support and was given a refund , after mistaken purchase tractor was put in storage. Albert dropped off a package refund. But, yes confirmed that this is a glitch mistake

I noticed this glitch with the tractor a while back too. more recently, it seems to be with every item that has become a "gift". I now have piles of wood, pink flower beds and small leafy trees in multiple places in my tab since I was "gifted" these items when trading in vouchers.
On on another note, one of my hoodies noticed quite a few of their stored deco items truly missing after the last update, so it is wise to keep a close eye on what you have and where it gets stored.

Actually, that boy fountain is listed THREE times in the store.
Once under diamond tab.
TWICE under the first general tab.
So even if I am looking in the general gift tab I stand a good chance of spending 45 diamonds on something I thought I already owned. I hope it can be fixed. :thumbsdown::heart:
