Does anyone have an idea of what would be the best way to 3* this base? I was originally thinking GoHo, but I believe there are DGB's between the northern wiz towers and air defenses.. Any help is appreciated!

Here's a good place to start...you can GoHo it, even though it likely does has DGB's in those areas you mentioned.
