Banned game account

My account has banned due to the impropriate name or language ." Fcuk " is the initial name as one of the U.K. Brand ! Which you see this is impropriate language or name ? " don't help don't buy! Fcuk u " what 's problem ?? Fcuk u mean French connection always with you . Your team is unreasonable to ban my account

You have posted in the wrong section. You need to post in 'Bugs & Problems' if you want SC to read it...but really you need to sort this out via the in game help & support.

As an aside, you know what the problem is. This is a family game, it's inappropriate. French Connection UK is clearly not your intention, so it's a bit disingenuous to pretend it is. Personally I have no problem with your name (my own potty mouth would make that somewhat hypocritical!!) but none the less, it's a family game...

As for 'Don't help, Don't buy (with or without the FCUK U', that will possibly backfire.

Try not to get too stressed about people buying and not helping, it happens the other way around too. Just do what everyone else does and put your ad on a boring item, then people who want to help will come & help, more so than shoppers shopping. Like many, I used to always try to help if I bought something, but you need to buy the item immediately (or someone else will!) and then often the crate is for dairy/sugars/fish and there's no way I'm filling that. Also I'm usually in a hurry to find whatever item I'm looking for. However, later I will be looking to help, not buy, and will water & fill crates without buying...it all comes out in the wash. Free ad on wheat @ 36 coins every 4 mins, not worth stressing.

Are u the community of game ? Pls pass my message to the related dept . Stress due to some guys always only buy the thing and don't get any help . The thing that I need to spend time to produce . To sell it due to I need to get help , right ! If the guys that not help, I m welcome but pls don't buy it as I have not enough storage to have much food can buy it and waiting for someone to help my boat order .

Pls pass my message to related dept . It is unreasonable to ban it without any alert. I don't think it is impropriate language and name has been used . Thanks

SuperCell can not only ban you from the game, they can also ban you from the forum for inappropriate language. I suggest that you edit your post...

I need the community to understand that the banner on my farm is meaningless . If i want to use the inappropriate language , it should be used the other word instead of F c Uk this word . It is unreasonable to ban my account . They need to reopen my account immediately and I think they break my right what I want to talk . Family game is not the excuse and they must have the reasonable to support them . They need to have feedback to me immediately . I will consider to take action to this company to break my personal right .
