H a cking is the most probable way of getting perm banned from the game
Lol, are you planning on pushing the limits?
You can't, only a ban from global chat. Even if you kick 1000 people from 50 clans, even if you say rude things in there chat, hang on a minute.
You can't really do anything that bad in this game to get you banned, only a chat ban because that's the only part where you can actually do something that's rude.
Using multiple forum accounts can get you a perm ban. Or at least the forums...

Well there is no actual ban system implemented into the game but im guessing that if you break the terms&conditions then SC will delete your base/remove your ability to access it.

All the forum posts where we tell folks to take screenshots, report inappropriate behavior to customer support eventually find their way to folks who can hand out in-game bans.
And yes, joining clans for the purpose to gaining elder status to then kick the clan can get your account banned as well.
