Damage rewards for each type of tower

So my idea is that each type of tower would have a bar in the acheivements section that would show the amount of damage each type of tower inflicts on the enemy troops over the span of your entire time playing clash.

This is total damage I am talking about here not the amount of kills each tower gets.

Each tower would have 3 different acheivement levels and the amount of damage they would require to do is dependent on the type of tower it is.

Splash towers like wizard and mortar would have to do more damage than singe shot towers like cannons and archers to get the same reward for obvious reasons. X-Bow and Inferno towers would be kind of in the middle I guess.

Damage levels would roughly go in this manner:

Single shot towers: (50 000 total, 500 000 total, 5 000 000 total)
Splash towers: (250 000 total, 2 500 000 total, 25 000 000 total)
I don't know enough about the Xbow and Inferno tower to even give damage levels but I would assume they would be somewhere in the middle.

NOTE: I may be grossly overestimating the damage output of each kind of tower but these upgrades ARE meant to be gotten over long periods of time. Of course these values could easily be changed to anything.

The reward for getting to each damage level could either be gems (10, 25, 50?) level 1, 2, and 3 respectively

Or actual little upgrades to the towers themselves: Wizard towers might get a 5% splash radius increase each level while archers may get a 5% range boost each level and mortars could get a 5% rate of fire increase each level.

Again these upgrades may be too powerful (or too weak) so the 5% could really be 1-10%

Gems would probably be the easier reward to make, but the upgrades would make the game more interesting.

Even after you get the third damage achievement for each tower, the counter would keep going so you know how much damage each tower has done. Maybe a % of all total damage inflicted per tower would be cool too.

When you finish each achievement, if the reward is gems then it would show up in the achievements section "Tap to claim reward" or something of that manner. If it is the little tower upgrades then the towers themselves will show a "!!!" speech bubble above them and when you tap them it pops up "Acheivement unlocked! Good job chief! Your Wizard towers have done 2 500 000 damage total! They are all so experienced that they get a 5% splash radius increase!

Yeah I don't know if this would be hard to implement seeing as there are hundreds of battles going on at the same time all the time and each hit of every tower has to be recorded, but if it were added, it would add a really cool aspect to the game + more acheivements are good.

I'm kinda dissappointed that I get two posts in the first 4 minutes about the paragraphs, and when I fix it, nobody replies for a whole hour.

Double bump D: I took a while to write this at least someone post something about it.

Sounds pretty neat, but it would be unfair since weaker players would get these achivements faster because of people which are attacking them. When I'm farming I'm sometimes shieldless for 2-3 days because nobody attacks me, while as a Th7 I was attacked every time I went offline.
Also that would be pretty cool way to get some change in the game, but I would say that only graphical changes would be more suitable.

Since these achievements are meant to be gotten over a long period of time, I think things would balance themselves out. The weaker people would get attacked more, but their defenses probably suck so they wouldn't get very much damage in before they die. If you stop one huge 200+ troop army each day though that's like 10 000 damage right there and even more if they used healing spells/troops. Again it could be changed to balance things out any time.

I don't know how much something like this would change the game balance. Maybe if permanent boosts are too much it could be temporary. So you tower a achieves a tier and you get a temporary boost to spend. Maybe you can save them up and boost a bunch at once, maybe there's a limit to how many you can store.

x-bow should be same for single-shot or a little more, inferno tower should be same around splash damage

this is a great idea, i am all for it

Well the answer to this problem is a little nerf to all towers. Just enough so that when you reach the first achievement level, the tower is almost the same as how it already is, second is slightly better than it already is, and third level is better

Not a solid idea enough to be implemented really but is an interesting though and I think something like this could be implemented well/differently in the future.

i think that this would be neat little idea. the little achievements of it, would be just a nice thing. I like the little additions that don't add whole buildings or troops, just adding extra pieces to what there already is. i think gems would be the way to go, because the tower ranges,etc. have been put through many tests to make them balanced, and more range or splash would make them too strong, and would make it too hard to attack. maybe another thing it could have along with the damage, is how many they actually have killed, with bigger troops corresponding to however much troop space they take up. the gems would be more like 1,5,10, as if each structure have their own achievements, they would quite easily add up to high amounts of gems.
i saw something a while ago about how they could be looking at some additional achievements, and id really like this to be one of them.

I really like this idea. It would also help you to organise your defences better as you will be able to see where they do most damage. I would really like to see this put into the game :-)

Good idea, hopefully they would be long-spanning achievements not one that stop at TH7.
