Will we ever be able to have the troops that didn't die in a raid return to our camps like they do on Boom Beach? I feel that if nothing else this will make the players happy, and even boost the loot economy because we won't have to spend that extra elixir on a pesky pekka. Dark elixir would be a little easier to save if we didn't have to pay for new golems every time we GoWiPe. A lot of people want this, am I right? You're killing me smalls 😂
I, too, really want this, because it doesn't make sense if the troops don't die and they just burst into elixir.
The brave troops that survives deserve their R&R. Barbarians and archers go back to their families, wizards back to their towers, witches back to their covens, dragons back to their caves, PEKKAs needed time to stretch their legs outside of the stuffy armor, golems back to their craigs etc... Even imaginary creatures made purely by pixels need their time off!
When they had enough rest, they will return to duty if you pay them enough...
Srsly tho, the basic mechanism of CoC cant allow the return of surviving troops for the sake of balance.
If its possible, then people will surely bully raid lower THs with high hp high survivability troops. A TH10 can drop to silver leagues and continuously pummel th8s with an army of golems and pekkas non stop. to hell with loot penalty if each raid costs you nothing!

So why not give troops back only when attacking the same Town Hall level or higher? Or even just refund troop cost when they survive
The reason you get your troops back in Boom Beach is because training troops takes longer and costs more.

If troops dont die during battle, I think we should be able to receive a percent of their remaining Heath back as elixir .... Because some groups are hella expensive to train and use and I always end up with a lot of them left over and all my hard earned elixir is kinda wasisted (of corse I could try and use less troups to attack and therefor not waist any elixir but I wanna assure my victory )
I suggested this myself and still like it. It would drastically enhance elixir in the game, as it should. Even a % as deathTheKitty said would be welcome.
Have you even played the game? Current matching is almost exclusively to your own TH level. Raiding 2 levels lower gives you a penalty of 50%.Quote:
