I have just joined the clan and with good advice and help have maxed out at TH3 in just a few days! I am learning so much in a supportive adult environment and having a lot of fun too! :thumbsup::thumbsup:
An update on our progress. We are about to start our 4th war and I plan for the 5th war search to start right after this war finishes. The next war will be four our TH8s and below. To give our smaller bases a chance to war. We are up to 14 mature members now and I'm very happy with our growth. Looking forward to becoming a level 2 clan.
Our last war was fun, more fun because we did win. It was uncertain until the clock had already reached zero. Their TH 10 attacked our TH10 with 30 seconds left on the clock. I know because I was watching it tick off to zero. They needed two stars for a tie to send it to a tie breaker. Their TH10 failed to star our TH 10. I was very happy because it was such a hard fought for victory. They were a level 7 clan and we are a level 1.
You may know that CoC does not take into account clan level, trophy levels or number of wars won when matching. It is a huge advantage to a clan at or above level 5 because they get plus one troop upgrades on donations and we do not. In our current war that starts in about 30 minutes, we are matched up against a level 6 clan. They are rushed but they have a TH 10 in the mix and our highest base is a TH9. Our TH10 was not certain he could get both of his attacks in so he opted out. I think we will win.
Come join us and help us grow. You'll be proud you were a part of it. TH3 does not matter, I can help you grow too.

UPDATE: four hours into this war with 10 clashers in it, the score is 21 to zero, only their top three bases remain standing. We've not attacked those yet. Honestly, I can't three star their 10. I'm a 9, I may not even be able to star it. :P
Update two, we won 27-21, next match is ongoing now. :) Unless there is a complete failure some where, we will be a level 2 clan at the end of the next war as we are 15 XP away from 500. Hey, it's a start but a long long way to 10.Lvl 5 would be grand. :)
So that we can war more often and allow people to have more time for farming, we have begun to have "mini wars." They are mini in that our top bases are not included in the war. This also allows the TH 5's get into the action and get their first war stars and build on that.
I find warring with a TH7 to be more fun and less stressful than warring with a TH9. I do have a TH7 or two in the clan as one of my alternates.
I hope you'll come help us build. We will be a level 2 clan at the end of our current war. It will start in about 7 hours if I recall correctly. :) If you join a clan early and stick with it, you'll be able to look back and know you helped do it. That is what I'm looking for, people that will stay. Your town hall does not matter. We have a level 3 in the clan and that's fine. We will help you grow.

We had our first perfect war yesterday and we are now a level 2 clan. I will be starting a new thread in order to change our subject line in a few hours.
We are new but we are capable as we have a strong core and some eager new players that are willing to learn and can already hold their own in war. Our record is now 4 wins and 1 loss.
We hope you will consider us to either grow or help us grow.
