Life is a dirty game, you gotta play dirty to win it. Not my fault they charged up their TH9 and I am glad their base was demolished. And if I got the chance, I'd do it again. Hope they kept the receipt to it. ;)

Yes, but I didn't whine about it like he does. If he wants to hang in the low ranges at his level he shouldn't complain when lowbies have a go at his base.

It's not always about loot. Sometimes you just want to demolish for the joy of it.

is this so hard to do? Just go down with an empty de storage, collect enough resources, then go up to collect de. If you can't do this, you probably don't have the skill for high level anyway.

I don't think making the loot bonuses go away completely is the right answer, if you are TH 10 and a TH 7 can be a serious threat to you in any other way than lightning your storages then you really deserve to get pasted. If the issue of lightning on DE storages can be resolved any other way then I see no need for such a sweeping change. Mostly supercell just needs to start putting resources into the game at a high enough rate that there doesn't need to be ten or twenty dead bases for every active player in order to progress at a reasonable rate. Gems should be a way of finishing your town faster, not the only way to finish it.

Lets just say everyone has the rights to do whatever in this game. If you don't like how people raided you or dropped lightning spells on your Dark Elixir Storage, it is really easy to just click on the revenge button.

Exactly this. I I have zipped only twice and that only on revenges to TH9 and 10 who had attacked me with their better troops. They had dropped their trophies (down to 1400ish) to farm so I did not see any problem with me zipping them in revenge.

However you see it I think it is fair. If a TH9+ lowers the trophies to farm gold, then they should expect some zippers in return, no? And if a TH7 ups the trophies, then kudos to them. They are also becoming easy prey for the higher range players.

I love people lightning striking me. Even though for two days i had a puny 20,000 dark elixir as I needed to upgrade my de storage that means 1000 de+ available when I was lightning striked they only got like 200 de.

And TH Upgrades are birthdays.
You get some nice presents on your birthday or something.
But you get older and you move out and you be strong boy. No more bonuses. You fight the little kid, you get no respect or whatever for beating a little kid, in fact you get penatilized. But if the kid beats you that's good you get penatilized because you shouldn't be in the playground looking for fights with kids and that kid did good job. Go to the bar or something with other adults maybe fight one of them. It's more equal but nobody cares neither gets penatilized or extra reward because your the same and it was fair winner just gets his winning goods no extra praise since you did nothing special. That's what clash of clans is all about, it's here to teach us all how to pick the proper street fights throughout life. And not to go on playgrounds as an adult or kids beat you up for being creepy.

It means when you get older stop fighting, or just start fighting organized professional fights (for trophies)
