Gem boost.
They Are using gems to boost production. Any drill or collector with green ring is being boosted at that time.
They gemmed the pumps

if u see it around the barracks, DB, or spell factory, then that means the production is getting boosted.
But other than Barracks or Spell Factory, boosting collectors is conclusively a damn waste of gems.

You can use gems to boost mines&collectors from level 5 and DE drills from level 1.
