TH9 beginner

This is my first post, and English is not my native language so I apologize beforehand just in case :p
I upgraded to TH9 like 3 weeks ago, as I maxed my TH8, even walls. Now I got my x-bows, my queen is lvl 3, king lvl 10, i just upgraded the healing spell and giant, and i have a the witch too. My question is, how should I attack to get resources, since it is being a pain in my butt because the bases I could raid dont offer much resources, and the ones with more than 200k of gold and elixir and 2k of DE are too powerful for me.

Any tips or advises?

its common that you can't get sufficient loot whenever you search for resources.

Tip 1. Lower your trophy around silver 2 and 3

Tip 2. Use Barch or BAG to increase the ratio of training vs gaining from loot.

Tip 3. If you want to collect the resource then never show on side of trophy, Just concentrate on resources then it will be easy for you.
