Virtual army camp

Is there a way to make a Virtual Army Camp or any similar thing to contain the troops intended for Clan Wars only, and can not be used for regular attacks or donating or revenging. (just for Clan Wars).
And the troops goes through normal training in Barracks with the same time required for training, except with an option in the barracks to make the troops head to the VAC (virtual army camp).
Or add an option in Army camps to choose troops and relocate them in VAC.

P.S : the VAC has the same number of troops as the regular army camps combined.
