Let's make global clan tournaments
Every season gems and elixer or gold will be given for highest rating clan in that tournament

About tournament
If a clan has to join then leader should pay some gems for register
Then these tournament are made depending on clan lvl
In this tournament there will be limit of players to participate
These are different compare to clan war
How???

In this tournament each clan will registered based on clan lvl so they will randomly match with opponent

You may think what's different then???

The main point is that in this war we will be given a small area where your entire clan members have to discuss and make war base
All your defence and other buildings expect bracks and builder hut also laboratory should be placed on given area and u will be given some walls limited

So you and your clan members will attack at once then opponent will get chance

Based on points or stars winner decided

Clan level isn't a good measure of base strength; I would use straight up war weight to match clans for tourneys.

I don't really see this happening since the weight of the clans would never be an even match. Whereas war tournaments already exist. There is a war tournament called the Valentine's Day massacre coming up for example. Using the existing matchmaking systems for arranged wars.
