Im from malaysia..from PAK JABIT clan.. enjoying coc about more then 1 year.. im very happy having fun with this game.. here i got some ideas to make it more fun..
1. LEADER CAN REMOVE AND RE-ARRANGE TROOP IN CC WAR
2. LEADER CAN DECIDE AND LOCK/UNLOCK ENEMY RANK NO FOR 1ST AND 2ND ATTACK TO EVERY PLAYER IN CLAN WAR..EXAMPLE PLAYER NO 3 LOCK TO ENEMY NO 4..this can make clan war move with strategy..
Many tq.. hope can get good feedback..

I think in your ideas, you are trying to make the leader too enforcing. I can only guess you must be a leader.
My advice to you is :- Don't try to make a leader a dictator, make him a guide.

This ideas come after see very hard to arrange the clan war attack.. some player not read properly mail and maybe in clan we have many player with difference language..
When very hard to handle.. all strategy at first will need to rearrange back when some player attack without no communication with others..
But this is an ideas.. just for discussion with all clashers..
What is good if leader can lock/unlock attack for enemy rank no
1. All player can make preparation early training troop when they get rank no.. sometimes we have problem when already train the troop but at last that rank no attacking by another player.. so need rearrange back
2. Stimulating all clan member to comnunicate with leader n members.. coz they need to propose and req rank no they want
3. Leader can decide rank no with player skills coz only leader know his/her players.. sometimes troop level not meaning that player very good in handling attack..

These suggestions would only make it slightly more functional for a rather select group and whilst it may make the game more functional for them and the few within them that might want these functions.
I do not see how it will make it fun for the wider community who play clash day in day out, both functions are very domineering and are along the lines of a dictatorship and therefore open to abuse btw, there is no freedom within the clan.
There are other ways to make them listen to plans strategies guidance etc (which I think is the reason for posting these features) - just demote them or ice them out of a war they will soon fall in line, or if they leave, well they are not the right material for your clan.
Many tq for feedback..sure things we plan having +ve and -ve effect.. if we look for -ve only we will see more to weekness.. and can see very clear about dictatorship..Quote:

War plans themselves maybe a dictate but it's through the application of it where you can make it less of a dictate, plus the goals easily shift during war based on how the other team does aswell.
