was trying to learn gowiva lately, with 4 golems 8 valks and 2-3 jumps, but it usually stucks at bases with too much compartments... well will try mass valks then. Because i already can imagine 19 valks can just blow up all the walls they need so more heals for them will be available
Damn, my maxdef th8.5 only has lv1 valks. Nooooooooooo. Lucky I've got 26/30 heroes to tide me over. Thanks for sharing.
Mass Valk certainly isn't new. One of the only times I got 3 starred as a th9 which was close to a year ago.
Just a rather expensive attack.
Interesting. Wonder how it does with lower level Heroes. My queen is 14, King 11, but my valks are maxed! :saywhat: But I'm far from a maxed base, so my opponents aren't either.:p
This is pure gold. Love Valks and have been doing GoWiVa lately. In addition, GoWiWIVa but this just looks very fun. Spendy yes but worth the look destruction.

None of the bases I've seen in the videos required that many valks to 3 star. From my experience, people add more valks to their comp to compensate for a lack of proper funneling, or flanking or both.

I've been doing "mass valks" for awhile now too just personally I prefer some hogs and an aq walk if it's a hound cc. Probably the best cleanup strat on compact anti 3's. Usually switch to 13 valks 2 rage 2 heal when hitting really open bases

I do love my red heads! The only problem with mass valks is that they whiff a lot of attacks because of the way their attack animation is. So the more valks the more wasted attacks because they are constantly resetting their attack animation. I imagine if you counted the amount of reset attacks in those videos it would be well above 50 probably which if you think about it is quite a lot of wasted attacks.
I personally use between 6-12 dependent on if I am farming or warring atm.
Good job on the videos OP. I want go as far to say it is a brand new strategy but nice job of bringing some light back to the strat. Who knows you may be able to even get Nio to pop his head in here.
Now SuperCell needs to get off their rumps and give us Valk 5 & 6! ��
Those spring traps, though!?!? How do we compensate for those? It really stinks watching your tanky ladies fly off the map with full HP. If it wasn't for this, I'd use Valks like crazy!
a spring trap can take out only 15 spaces (3 giants, 3 hogs, 1 valkyrie only!!) so it's no big dealQuote:

I watched all 3 videos and I think the reason for the success was that the valks didn't split-up (at least early on). The heals then go a long way and with so many grouped together the walls fall. I'm not sure one could plan their path past 50% but I will have to give it a try.
I typically use a GoVaHo on fresh hit anti-3 TH9 bases but I will try this out.

Learning to use valks properly really does take some time... My (maxed) valks still run on ahead of my golems too often.. They do take out the core usually.. But I usually end up using 3 spells (heal rage jump) for that.. I'm thinking of dropping the rage... And bring more heals for my hogs.. But right now I'm still struggling to even pull off a 3 star lol.. What's the trick to it?
Oh yeah. I've tried the strategy from the op 3 times in masters 2 so far.. Had one 3 star success (they tear down Lego walls even without wb).. Then one 0 star (bad funneling on my part lol.. And another 2 star because my golems Went one way and my valks the other).. Still tempted to try again soon though

The only problem with attacks like these is the fail rate is higher. The poison spell and AQ can really help with cc troops, but if not drags and loons will wreck your attack. Very similar to hog attacks in this regard though.

not even the same. the strategy shown here is a large amount of valkyries and 4 heal spells. what you showed is much lower amount of valks and jumps, earthquake, rage, whatever spells. at least watch the videos before commenting with cheap promotionQuote:

this mass valk strat is even more op with queen walk, in place of one golem or with less than 6 giants, or without tanks at all if you see how you can funel valks in the beginning.
Queen+4 healers kill cc, and then queen walk to somewhere... start valks from the start of queen walk, they will go to other side, funel them in.
Next - heals as usual.
If queen wont die - good, she will clear up a lot of def on her side and wont let valks spread out too much.
If queen dies without rages.. - still good. You will get 4 healers on valks (and they dont have -50% penalty on heal like heroes.), its like +1-2 more heal spells, just sit and watch how valks cant die and you dont have to use heals while some AD kills off healers very slowly.
From 4-5 wars when i read this topic and started to use it, - its very good strat. Any th9 falls too easily.
Almost like mass hogs strat on th8, but this even can't fail from just 2 big bombs together. Too much hp on the field for even max th9 defences to deal with.
will try this on some th10 with 2 single mode infernos tomorrow and th9 def, i think it will fall the same way.
