I'd say lure the cc and poison it, and do a standard go wipe, push to the core using king, and 2 golems as a tank, take a witch if u can in ur castle
If you have lvl 4 pigs just mass hog it. Pull CC, poison, poison again, then mass hog it. Asian wall deployment. Even if he has double g bombs it won't take all your hogs out @ the same time.
Alternative to that, if you have high lvl valks, you can do a GoVaLo. Pull CC, poison, poison again, then golem/wiz/wallbreakers to get into the base, valks into the middle, heal/rage, backend loons for the remaining defense.
Do NOT GoWiPe this base, unless, of course, you are content with 2* (a 3* on this base would likely be exceeding expectations)
I presume since you are attacking a ~max TH8, you have L4 hogs and L5 loons, yes?
You have two choices:
(1) Straight surgical hogs (43 hogs, 2 wiz, 2 barb/arch) or
(2) HoLo (just look at the cannons at 3:00, for example)
This base reminds me of, "The End". One Hive has a YouTube video on it, where they HoLo it, and it was brutal.

Use 2 lightning and a level 2 earthquake for one AD and use 10 drags and Rage for the other 2 take a poison or haste too

Surgical hogs are a deployment method, like Asian wall is a deployment method. It's NOT an attack strategy so much as, again, it's HOW you deploy hogs. Typically with surgical, it's 3-4 hogs per turret, on whichever side of the base you decide to deploy them on. Also, you can deploy a few giants on that side to help tank, given lvl 6 giants have basically double the hp of a lvl 5 hog.Quote:

I have 3 starred this base before using GoHo. It takes some practise so don't be discouraged if you don't succeed first time. Easily the best th8 attack strategy
As a defender of GoHo at TH8, I am a fan, but it is far, far from, "easily" the best TH8 attack strategy. Mass hogs are, on average a much stronger attack. GoHo can 3* max TH8s, so I'm not overly discounting it, but mass hogs are just stronger & I don't think there's much to debate about it.Quote:

I find Goho to be more reliable. Perhaps the same in terms of attack strength, but more reliable. Providing you can take out the cc troops, a DGB and maybe even their King with the kill squad, it's hard to make the hogs die. With mass hogs, especially usin the Asian wall deployment, a well placed DGB can wipe the hogs out. Mass hogs requires more luck, but is still a great strategyQuote:
