I am currently in a clan right now but they aren't very serious about war. I would like to join a clan that is serious but I will not be there permanently. I just want to do wars but I will likely keep you bookmarked and return often. I have a th9 friend who consistently 3 stars who is in the same boat. We're not happy with our clan's war progress but we both love the clan so it's not a permanent switch.

defenses/bombs max.
All elixir troops max, golems 5, valk/hog are lvl 4/5, dark spells are all max still th9 lvls
I'm not an absolute ace when it comes to war but I've played a little under 3 years so I'm not an idiot. I'd like to join a clan that is better than I am so I can learn.
also my I'm farming in 900-1100 trophies and decided today that I wanted to find a new clan so I probably don't meet the trophy cap or else I'd request. Let me know.
