Global Moderators

Global can be toxic, often in part because there is no real consequence to behavior. Is there any moderation there besides user based reporting?

Has there been thought of global moderators?

I looked in the opening list and did not see anything, but I apologize if I missed it in my skimming and I may have.

But global has a lot of potential for engaging interaction, I enjoy it at times, but it seems keyboard "trickeration" and trolls come in and chase out the genuine chatters.

I am sorry if this is a dismissed topic. Not my intent to be a problem.
