It is common knowledge that th10 offensive is underpowered, so here's a few suggestions:
- Max golem should have 6500 hp instead of 6200;
- Valkyries level 5;
- Max pekka should have 4700 instead of 4500.

The new troop should be available for th10 and should make it easier for offense.
Sounds good to me. I'm not sure that a buff to pekkas will achieve anything but always nice to throw 2 star gowipers a bone I guess. I was also thinking valks could receive 50% less damage from infernos or something along those line to go with the new level.
- Hog Riders lv6.
- Grand Warden lv1
- Healers lv5
- Wizards have double HP
- Valks lv5
- Rage lv6
All the 2* troops like drags and pekkas get new levels, but the 3* troops like hogs, loons etc don't get any new lv increase. And the troops that have a chance of 3*ing (but still better for two) don't get a big buff. Golems and wizards have a very small increase when they level up. Pekkas on the other hand, which is an exclusive 2* troop, gets a HUUGE boost. There is also no new troops, spells, dark spells or heroes at TH10. Makes it very hard to 3* when defensively TH10 gets a new lv and big buff for every defense (except xbows) and two OP inferno towers.
It was fine to be impossible to 3* when TH10s were top dog, but now that TH11s are out options should be provided that allow th10s to 3* other th10s, even maxed ones. At this point, there needs to be a HUUUGE offense buff for this to happen.
