The Idea:
Those who get successful attack will get upto 30% of getting war troops
For those who get 1 star in war gets 10% of troops
For those who get 2 star in war gets 20% of troops
For those who get 3 star in war gets 30% of troops
Those who fail in war gets 5% of troops
