Recruiting one th10 player for war

We have a very solid lvl 8 clan (th7-th9) with about 75% win ratio.

I am looking for one solid th10 player to join so we can put our other solid th10 player in war again.

Our th10 player is good, but occasionally he messes up and gets a 48% 1 star attack on the th10 base (or, like last war we draw an impossible th11 and a th10 against our single th10 but I digress).

Once that happens it can be really tough to recover from that in our wars even when we three star almost every other base.

So our options are to leave out the th10 or get him a friend. If we have two th10, we have 4 possible attacks on the the th10 on the other side. So I'm looking for a friend for our th10 so he can war again.

You must be th10 with max spells/army camps and min lvl 20 heroes. Also be prepared to show a mock war type attack against a base of your level.
