Th8 spells???

Hi i just upgraded to th8 but i still only have 6 spaces in my spell factory well other th8 have 7 spaces? I tried upgrading spell factory but it says i have tobe th9.... any ideas???

And you need to upgrade cc to be able to receive dark spells.
