Break 2 ad with zapquake (take 4 lv 6 lightning and 2 earthquake[one in cc])
The 2 lavahound and then throw balloons on other lv 7 ad and a lv 3 ad and you are done!

Try lower coz that can't be 3. Stared as per seeing your army lvl
