Lure and kill cc troops. 1-2 hogs and double poison should do it.
Clear corner buildings at 3 o'clock and 6 o'clock. You can do this with minions, wizards or archers, since they're out of range of defences. If a tesla pops up, drop a golem or a couple of giants from the main force to tank it. This is to get a nice solid funnel.
Main force is then 1 golem at 4 o'clock, some wizards, wallbreakers for first wall. Jump to center and drop 6-8 valkyries + 6 lvl 7 giants from clan castle. Rage once they reach the center.
Bring a few archers and minions to pick off free buildings in the "back".
This should give a fairly safe 2 star victory. 3 stars might be possible even with th 9 troops (hint: extra jump to get out of the core, or go by air), since his defences are fairly low level. If you're unsure about infernoes it's safer to go for 2 stars, though.
