Since the implementation of the "treasury", and loot is not available to get from the CC, why are goblins still attacking it? They should ignore it and move on to storages or collectors instead.

Treasury is located inside the Clan Castle.
3% of loot in the treasury is available to raiders, the treasury is in the cc, therefore, the cc gets targeted by golems. You don't get the loot unless you destroy the cc, as opposed to a normal storage where you get loot based on amount of damage done.
The Treasury
Clan Castles now house a well-protected resource bank: the Treasury
The Treasury safeguards bonus loot from Clan Wars and Star Bonuses
It's the safest place to save up bonus loot until you are ready to spend it!
The previous concept of "War Loot Storage" has been removed from the Clan Castle info screen, etc.
Treasury capacity is determined by Town Hall and Clan Perks levels. Clan Castle level has no effect
Clan Perks for "War loot extra storage" have been changed to "Treasury extra storage (Clan Perk values are unchanged, Treasury storage is similar to War Loot storage at most Town Hall levels)
Clan Castle visuals have been updated with the removal of the small storages on the roof
- this is from the announcement page - where did you get the 3% info from? since the treasury has been implemented |I have never got loot from said clan castle they have even removed the graphic of the storages on the roof - plus it states that any loot inside has been safeguarded - kind of implies that it's not lootable doesn't it?
Sorry, but don't have the time right now to dig up more references; here is a link to an announcement and the wiki page:

The only thing I have found susbsequently is this statement in information on release but yet it does not make it in the update news -
'safeguarding and only a very small percentage can be stolen.' - points to note is that it doesn't mention specific percentage and it only implies it can be stolen doesn't necessarily mean it will be stolen - and as stated above the sentence was removed from the update news -
And I repeat I have destroyed several clan castles and never seen an increase or graphic to indicate loot has been taken perhaps there was no loot in there but I doubt it considering the daily bonus...
Have you actually witnessed getting loot from clan castle during multiplayer...
Either way if it is only 3% or there about's is it really worth the greedy goblins while to go for that when a more easily accessible/profitable resource is around the wall etc.
Thanks Xav appreciate it and the time factor, im not an impatient anklebiter so respond when ever convenient.
The problem I am having is wikia - appears to be a fan based info page (which I appreciate what it's trying to do - but it still isn't an official source and can be prone to inaccuracy or being outdated - I think the latter has been an issue before) - it also didn't provide any further information where they got that 3% from an official source.
The only source is a preview and the information didn't even make it on the update news so the question remains (for me any way) is that initial statement still valid or not and where is the official statement on percentages? as I can't find it on ingame info nor here from an official source.
You won't find that number published by SC, they seem to avoid publishing it. However, it has been repeatedly confirmed by people by knowing how much loot is in their treasurey before and after being raided.

If you aren't a believer that it has available loot, look at your amount before and after you get raided and have your cc destroyed, it's pretty easy to see the reduction and calculate the percentage. It is not 100% protected, just protected slightly better than it was when it was just war loot.
The amount you can steal is so little, goblins shouldn't target it anyways.
