CoC most unfair game

Ive got alot of clan mates that have no clue what loot penalty means and up untill a few months back neither did i till i decided i would check the forums out i was amazed on what supercell hides from the players...


But that being said ive learnt alot from the forums and definatly thank each and everyone individual who has posted helpfull information such as loot penalty bam army gowipe army etc....

To the OP just drop cups...problem solved ...

Matchmaking is basd on trophies. Drop them and it will be much easier. Also, id like to see a pic of the base

The thing unfair for me is I climb my way up for trophy , n I change my base to trophy base ofcos , n the players that I attacked from 1500+ just revenge me when m at crystal 3 /2 , they can't even one star me for sure but what they did were just take tons of my resources n that lure out the cc troops , they killed the cc troops even my king&queen , what did I get? 1 trophy ? NO , I got 0 trophy , n is it fair? I

Same thing happened to me yesterday/today.
I climbed from 1400 to 2k+ yesterday. First defense I won 0 trophies against someone who had 1377. 2nd defense I won 0 trophies against someone who had 1498. So now they can revenge lightning me without suffering much trophy loss!

That's unfair?

I work my socks off to attack a TH 9 with good, but overall good defenses, and gained like 850 DE. He revenges with 3 lightning strikes and takes 950 back. :mad:

But based on what your wrote you probably just skipped to the back of the thread.

Sure losing 45 trophies is frustrating but being a TH7 he shouldn't even be up there in the first place. Loot bonuses are tempting but if you go up there and steal huge amounts of loot dont expect no retaliation. OP should know what he is getting into and if he doesn't well tough luck, deal with it. In all of his three stars he didnt lose more than 100k resources so "poor poor OP" right?

You are arguing based on a flaw logic called "right trophy range for TH lvl [xx] which is based on another flawed logic called "winning is not winning". It's pretty similar to what the female chinese badminton teams did on the Olympic Games in London to face easier half final opponents. Losing to get a benefit... which is the same people (called farmer) are doing in Clash of Clans.

However the game doesn't prevent anyone from reaching higher trophies, it's purely left to the attacking and the defending player. If someone can find "easy" premature higher TH bases which he can raid with his lower level troops and get significant loot from it.. good for him and "deserved" loss for the premature TH [xy] which still is having gold walls (like in the picture posted). Facing a "stronger" enemy should wield a bonus naturally. To determine if it's fair to judge a base based on the TH level or on the player level.... I think it's fair to say that basing it on the TH level is correct as people did already gem a village to the max (TH9) and were at a low level such as 50-60.

The point is that the game is giving trophies for winning but never tells anyone that, by doing so, you will reach a possible trophy range which is bad for you. This is due to the fact that you don't face the same TH level but also higher and lower ones. It's a "feeding off the weak" rather than challenge vs. reward... . Why spending over an hour to build an army to defeat a "better" player if you can spend 20 mins to raid a lower TH level for more loot? Does make sense to anyone?

The only solution for this is very simple, TH can only attack/ defend vs. their own TH level. In this way even a TH7 can be at whatever trophy range and be "the best" of all TH7, something applicable for all TH ranges and an additional motivation to max your base if further rewards are involved in having the top three spots of your TH level trophy range.

I definately agree that a higher lvl TH should have the same malus applied to the trophies as they have to the loot vs. lower level TH's based on the simple fact that they have stronger and more troops at their disposal, making a successful defence impossible if the attacker knows what he is doing. If a lower TH level can steal a higher TH levels loot... good for him, the higher TH should built his base in a better way.

Would not such a system punish very harshly those, who did upgrade their TH more early than others? CoC isn't a linear progression game, so matching people purely on the TH level in the current system would not work in any way. Some upgrade their TH and units just to be able to beat up the smaller ones easily and there's nothing wrong in that, in the current system. Sure, it isn't "fair" but that's always how games work, unless one is playing in more professional league, where opponents are picked according to their own level.

But, as CoC the opponents are picked randomly from a ladder, where everyone can decide where they stand themselves, I find the system very functional. The sub200 is bit... strange, but why not :) In every game there are those, who enjoy to compete against others, who are of equal "level" and also those, who enjoy smacking the noobs. CoC serves both equally well, I think.

Everyone can play the game how ever they want and the loot bonus/penalty does guide people to make an appropriate choise whom to attack. But if you are aiming for cups, bigger is better and a low level TH will get smacked six ways to sundays when going over 2k. Go right ahead if you want to compete with the big boys with own playhouse, but don't get all angry when someone steps on you like an ant.

As there really isn't enough resources available in the game, the only way to feed a TH9&10 is to either gem or farm. You can't progress in the game higher up with the "normal" resource flow.

I have a very simple belief.

Trophies won can be lost, and trophies lost can be won back; Gold spent on walls will never be looted away.

And that's why I am always farming.

Most of the time i farm for gold. Sometimes i go up to 2200 to farm for DE. At higher trophy, i usually find it harder to get gold. Even though there is league bonus, the gold i get is miserable compared to the gold I can get at lower trophy range.

But things are different for the OP. He gets huge loot bonus on top of the league bonus. Yet he complained that it is unfair. And this confuses me.

Is he a farmer? If he is, then why did he complain he lost so many trophies? Is he trophy hunting? If he is, then why did he show us the loots he gained while whining about the trohies he lost?

Maybe the OP is very lost about what he is doing too. Maybe he wants to enjoy a "trophy bonus" although he is already enjoying his loot bonus. Maybe that's why he called himself a parasite lol
