So, I've got the Barbarian King..

Checked out some of the top players. Shady, the #1 player, has both the Barbarian King and the Queen MAXED OUT! He also has half of his walls maxed out (they look pretty cool).

How much money do these players spend?!

Yeah, i've seen them it's crazy as the first upgrade for the king costs 12.5k elixer..

I don't think they actually spend THAT much money, because their clan usually wins gems from the clash of clans competition weekly, and it's 10000 gems for the winning clan, divided amongst the top 10 players. So if that's the case and their clans has been there for the last 6 months, which is bout 28 weeks, they could easily have 28000 gems each, plus i believe they still buy gems so there, that's how they get everything up so quickly.

Anyone tried Barb King with healers?

Hey i just saw this post, so i thought i'd try it out and yes it's definitely worth taking a healer with him as even when he is taking no more damage, the healer will still heal him, which is then shortening his regeneration time, but thanks for the idea. :)

i cant wait to get him! my town hall is lv6 so once i upgrade that i will be able to get dark elixir and then the heroes:)

Sorry to put a downer on this but to get him legit from using the dark elixir drill at level 1 it takes around 23 days for the drill to actually get the amount of dark elixir needed to buy him :/

Let me double-confirm this, Boban. You tried healers on your Barb King? A tad different, but I did not see healing spells work on my Barb King.

Did someone already try to put him into defensive mode, if yes, how does it work? Theres a sleep/guard mode button - I tried both and after I got attacked he didnt even show up in the replay, even though the enemy units were quite close to his base plate?
