I have been trying to write a good description for my clan. This takes a long time because I constantly have to adjust it to make sure it fits the character count. Also there is no way to quickly move the cursor around. If I do not save my description fast enough, clash of clans says I have been disconnected due to inactivity and makes me reload the game. I feel like editing a description should count as activity.
This issue have mentioned before. if you want to see a change to the current system please mention it in ideas and feature request section (first search the forum to see if it already requested or not, if there is a thread about it, comment on that thread).Quote:

This always happens to me but I've found a way around it. While I'm typing, every 2 or so minutes I just click on the 'cancel' button but don't let go just yet. While still holding onto the button, slide your finger off of it then let go. It won't register as you hitting cancel, but since you "clicked" on the button, it counts as an action, but it doesn't go through. So, you can just continue writing and repeat.
