The Magic Disappearing and Reappearing CC Troops!

So I'm pretty sure this is a known bug, but just bringing it up again if it is. Why is it I requested for a lava hound for defense, wake up realize I got it after the fact I was attacked. Then I kick it out of my CC and request golem and giant for my next attack. I watch the words go across my screen that both the golem and giant have been donated. I go to attack few hours later and suddenly a lava hound comes out... I mean is this ever going be resolved? And yes I check my CC before attack and it still said the golem was in it with a giant.
