Breaking Point/ New Hardcore War Clan/ TH7+ with no Rushed Bases and 200+ War Stars!

I'm Joe, leader of Breaking Point! I have started a new clan, dedicated to hardcore warring. I have started multiple clans including a level 7 War Hearts clan and level 5 Breakdown Clan. I am now starting another one that is purely dedicated to warring, and specifically inclined towards 3 star attackers.
