We get a % of cost back depending on clan lvl, for troop donations. to make it more attractive to donate, don't give it back immediately, save it up like a tax refund, and give back on a weekly basis or monthly when counts reset. kinda like you did with loot cart, but this idea isn't giving anything more back, just making it so you can see it better. when you get a whole bunch back at once.

Honestly, I see no reason to have a delay when I could just have it immediately.
I tend to agree, in a sense, but man, for heavy donators, that would be a rather nice lump sum payout. XD

It takes certain clan lvl to just start getting a refund, and it's usually not too much when get it with each donate. But, lump it up, some people may like the bigger amount at a time.
I'm not saying it's an idea for SC to really debate, unless more people add their comments, but to me, it's not too bad an idea.
Also, my first post was more explaining to those that did not understand, what it really was about, saving it as a lump sum, instead of giving it right away, each time donate. The fact I think it's a decent idea, does not mean I fully think it should be implemented.
I would say no due to the amount i donate. This season i have donated 21,000 troops. Assuming i only donated archers (which isnt the case) my donation refund would be 4,000,000. Since i donated lots of wizards and dragons too that additional cost would make my refund bigger than the storage capacity. I would lose my refund
I agree. BULK refunds after a certain period is way better.
Similar to gathering your resources from collectors/pumps/mines everytime shield is about to run out and seeing 35k or more resources being gathered at every pop.
