You actually might have a shot at this base...
I'd likely go 9 drags, 4 CC loons, 3 of your own L4 loons and 5 barb. The reason for the barb is that I'd pull the CC with a single barb, then poison is 2x. It's just too efficient to not lose a loon and do that.
Then, I'd funnel drags, then release loons into the base at ~9:00, right over the leaf blower. Barring a strange tesla pop, the loons should path nicely right into the core. I'd drop a rage to help the loons into the core, then rage/heal the core. You get your CC loons and a few of your L4 loons into the core and they are rage/heal? Yeah, you got a real shot at this, especially since pathing seems fairly predictable and easy.
It sure isn't going to be easy, as that's AD666 and would be hard for even L3 drags, but they are in the core and subject to possible loon abuse. On the plus side, the rest of the base isn't maxed, so that makes things much easier as well.
Don't be impatient on the loon release and make your cuts fairly wide. There are some high HP structures in the way that you will want to burn down with more than 1 drag on those.
