Help with this circular large base

I need help with this kind of base. It hard for me to 2 star it with gowiwi/gowipe. Sometimes hard to do 1 star too.

Any advice?

it's lvl 26 but is on upgrade now...

this tactic is amazing

any help on the attack strategy?
