After every victory in war, your villagers celebrate! As a result builders become motivated and building time is accelerated by 1 day or a few hours. Same could apply for laboratory upgrades perhaps, but builders makes more sense.
I think this would be a sweet idea and it provides further meaning and incentive to war. You can even have builders get demotivated although that idea is quite rigid. But the initial idea would be a great addition i think!

I think it is a good idea that the villagers would celebrate. So, if you say builders work faster then villagers clap faster? LOL :D
haha yes! that could work too. In addition this can help speed up hero upgrades for those who war while heroes are upgrading.
I like this idea! Well the celebration aspect of it. I don't thing supercell will allow builders to speed up though. They havnt allowed builders to stack up and that's been talked about for ages now lol
Maybe something not as huge, something like the ability to 1 gem boost your barracks or no request time delay.
I think that after your clan wins a war everyone in that clan should get an 8 hour time reduction on all current upgrades.
This could be a lv11 clan perk. Lv 12 perk could be a 12 hour time reduction per war win.
