Poison Not slowing CC troops

Several members of my clan and I have been having trouble with CC troops not being slowed or having there attacks power reduced after being poisoned. We have noticed the issue mostly with Super Queen attacks, but not every super queen attack. Not sure why it would happen some times and not others.

Depends what cc you face. Some can survive a single poison.

So, what types of troops are you talking about ?

Unlikely to be IOS specific too.

The troops have been a variety of things mostly wiz and barch. However it is not a problem with damage being done to the cc troops. Poison also decreases troop movement speed and attack rate. It is attack rate and movement speed and attack rate that seem to glitch.

I agree it is unlikely that it is specific to IOS but i wanted to give as much information as possible. It is easier to filter though extra information then not to have enough.

Hmm I have to say as a frequent SQ user and someone who just watched about 20 war attacks I can't say I see the issue you mention. Everything with the poison looks good to me.

I was under the impression that poison only slowed (and decreased power) during the time that the troop is within the poison spell, and additionally that short period of time afterwards where the troop is glowing orange. Perhaps I am wrong.

But to clarify, are you referring to the time that the troop is in the poison spell, the glowing time afterwards, or the time after the glowing has stopped?

You mentioned SQ where defending cc would normally be bunched up, I doubt you can see much movement beyond the poison circle as they don't really chase AQ. Once she finishes a destroying target she confronts cc troops where she is. Unless they raced through a poorly placed poison drop on their way to AQ/Healer.

By posting with the iOS header, it CAN'T be filtered out. Unless you are certain, just mention it in the body text.

Same here but not 20 yet and no SQ. Both Android and iOS players.
Been raiding for hours today using AQ/Healer though.

From a damage (attack power of defenders) POV ...

Where they the same level poison used ?
Where they the same level cc troop ?
What was the pre-poison health of the defending cc troop ?

Where they the same attacker troop ?
Where they the same level attacking troop ?
What was the pre-existing health the the attacking troop/s ?

What other defences are hitting the attacker/s ?
What level defences were hitting the attacker/s ?

Where healers involved ?
What level healers ?

Where Rage/Heal used during cc defence ?
What level ... Get the idea ?



As for the second effect .. movement speed ... The circle isn't that large, movement distances would be minimal if they stayed in the spell circle.

Sorry about the IOS tag, it is my first time posting about a glitch and was trying to give more information with good intentions.

The CC troops were lead with a poison so that they would have to run tough most of it before being able to attack the AQ. I agree it's not easy to see a decreased movement but you can notice something is wrong. If multiple people watching multiple attacks didn't see it then I wouldn't have mentioned it, but we seem to see it sometimes. Again it is not every time and i don't know why it seems to happen in one attack and not another.

As much as i know for answers to your questions

Not sure if same lvl posion one was lvl 2 and from the cc
cc troops not always the same lvl
