How about a clan bank?

Could we look into getting a clan communal bank? Say something like 5 percent of all loot goes to the clan bank with members having the option to further donate lump sum of resources to the bank? The bank should be managed by the clan leader, allowing members to withdraw for those hard to get upgrades. Many clans are tight knit group, willing to help each other out. This would bring members closer together and also discourage clan jumpers. Feedback?

I think that's similar to donating resources which is ruled out.
